The atmosphere was incredible. I discovered leadership in a new way—one where each of us, simply by being ourselves, brings exactly what’s needed for our communities and organizations to thrive and fulfill their ultimate purpose. Words couldn’t fully capture this experience, so I chose the language of meditative, ambient music resounding in the magnificent setting of Jesus College. Go to Oxford to meet humble people who know their worth—and will help you rediscover yours.
